    Managing Director

    Katarzyna holds a PhD in Sociology from Yale University, Environmental Policy & Sustainable Development certificate from Harvard, and MA in Economics from Warsaw School of Economics. She also completed the Swedish Institute Management Program in Sustainability Leadership in Stockholm.

    In 2013, Katarzyna founded High Values consultancy, specializing in sustainability and ESG services. It assisted corporations, institutions and investment funds incorporating sustainability/ESG strategies. Prior to that, Katarzyna served as a policy adviser at the European Commission (EC) Bureau of European Policy Advisers, where she advised the former EC President on social policies, pension systems, and public opinion. Katarzyna was also a long-term collaborator of the Polish Academy of Sciences, with an expertise in cross-national inequalities, and comparative research and analysis. She serves as a president of the CSR Kompas Foundation, promoting sustanability.

    Katarzyna is an author of several business trainings and academic seminars, as well as policy and academic publications. She taught at Yale, Ohio State University and EOI in Madrid. Katarzyna’s additional expertise covers advanced sustainability/ESG data analysis, including: Life Cycle Analysis, Social & Environmental Impacts Assessment, HCV Analysis, Hierarchical Modelling and time-series analysis.

    Advisor, Data Scientist

    Michał received a PhD in Sociology from Utrecht University. He also completed the ICPSR Summer Program in statistical methods and sociology at the University of Michigan.

    Michał is currently an Assistant Professor at the Kozminski University, Department of Quantitative Methods & Information Technology, where he teaches classes on statistical analysis and econometrics. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Professor at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computational Modelling, University of Warsaw. Michał was also a long-term collaborator of the Polish Academy of Sciences, with an expertise in cross-national inequalities and comparative data analysis, including time-series.

    Michał’s publications embrace topics including: income inequalities, mathematical modelling, advanced statistical methods, network analysis, and statistical programming with R and LaTeX.

    Kacper holds a MSc degree in International Business Administration from Vienna University, with specialisation in banking and investment analysis. He also studied at Cass Business School in London where he focused on investment management. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds Applied Bank Management Certificate granted by the Vienna University postgraduate center.

    Kacper has extensive international experience in the investment banking sector. He worked for UniCredit and Erste Group within M&A teams in Vienna, London and Warsaw. He also served as a Vice President in a Leveraged & Acquisition Finance team covering CEE markets.

    Robert holds MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, MA in International Policy from Stanford University, and BSc degree in Economics from London School of Economics.

    Robert has an extensive experience in start-up building and venture capital, including Silicon Valley-based OpenGov, VC Knife Capital, MegaSpace, Aegis Custody, GEn1E Lifesciences Inc, where he was responsible for impact strategy and business development.

    He also served as an advisor to the former President of Poland, and co-authored a policy proposal on supporting development of innovation and venture capital investments in Poland. In addition, he was an expert for the Polish National Development Bank (BGK), responsible for cooperation with the European Investment Funds, including venture capital funds.

MAGDALENA KRZYSZTOFIK, MA

Senior Consultant

Magdalena holds a MA and BA in Finance from Wroclaw University of Economics. She also studied at the ESCIP School of International Business in France, and completed the PRI-accredited Responsible Investment Essentials and SASB Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting Credential.

Magdalena has extensive international experience in ESG research and analysis, and active ownership. Previously, she served as a senior manager for the Danish engagement services provider. She was responsible, on behalf of investors, for engagements with the largest global climate change contributors, evaluating and reporting on their ESG performance. Magdalena also led the incident-driven engagements with large companies not complying with international standards and norms. Prior to that, she was an ESG researcher and analyst at Sustainalytics based in Frankfurt.

In addition, Magdalena contributed to international projects, covering sustainability methodology and new products development. She also served as a CSR trainer and PR consultant.
